I’ve regularly taken a few of my different cars to Pace for regular and repair service. Their quality and value of advice and workmanship exceed anything I’ve ever received from a dealer. Simon’s service has actually completely changed my approach to car ownership and feeling comfortable to own a car for longer - maintaining and repairing rather than replacing.

I’ve had my CLK 320 since new for the past 19 years. Over that time, I have dealt with several mechanical service providers both in Sydney and Perth. Hands down the team at Pace Auto Werks are the best I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They provide accurate advice, often in the face of their own financial position and have always kept my best interests in mind. They are a joy to deal with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

Professional and very thorough. The team at Pace Auto Werks provided a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection service including video and photos. They were professional and very knowledgeable in Euro cars, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

I have had both my Audi Q7, and Mercedes ML serviced and maintained by Simon and his team at Pace for over 5 years. They are always willing to assist, fair in there pricing and seem to know every single detail about these German pieces of art. On a couple of occasions, they seemed to know even more than the actual dealers, well the people that speak to us anyhow. I can highly recommend them.

It didn't feel like my car when I picked it up and drove it home, it felt like a brand-new car and was purring all the way home not even in sports mode. I was very impressed with the technician who went above and beyond on my car to change the timing belt on my Audi, which wasn't an easy job. Not sure I picked up the right car last night Simon, It's certainly nothing like the Mini I dropped in in the morning. The inconsistent idle has gone, the acceleration and smooth running together with what is a significant power boost have reminded us why we got into a Cooper S in the first place. If a walnut blast can do this for the car's performance, what might it do for me? Cheers for the great service and expertise (as usual).

The amount of superlatives would not fit in this space for the gratitude and admiration I have for Pace Auto - Werks. Honesty, integrity and fantastic service with great technicians attending to one's vehicle are the backbone of this company, and I would not hesitate for an instance to recommend Pace to anyone looking for an HONEST company to service and repair their vehicle. The only thing a business has to offer to be successful is service and Pace has it in spades. My father was a top-notch mechanic in the same calibre of this company, and I am so grateful that I can again receive that level of expertise and honesty which so many companies today do not have but who operate on poor service and exploitation of their clients. Pace Auto Werks have excellent diagnostic and servicing facilities, and I always trust them with my beemer... I had a few car issues since purchasing a second-hand car, and Simon and the crew do their best to get my car booked in as soon as possible if ever there's a problem or general servicing required, they've always been able to diagnose and fix any issues on the day. I drive off, and once again, the car purrs along. I would highly recommend their servicing, very efficient.

Had my 2006 330i serviced there today. 100k service, expecting a huge bill, didn't get one. Communication was great. Very knowledgeable team. Highly recommended.

I have been getting my Audi Allroad serviced at Pace Auto Werks since 2007. The service I have received throughout this period has been nothing but outstanding. Simon was recommended to me by a mate in the Auto business, and he was spot on. I continue to bring my car to Pace because I receive honesty, communication and value. I have recommended them to my friends and continue to do so with full confidence.

Word of Mouth. Businesses live or die by the old adage. And I will do my best to spread the word on Simon's outstanding business. Here, you're treated as both customer and friend. Costs are clearly delineated, the service schedule clearly defined. But what sets this business from other mechanics is that Simon actually cares about his customer and his/her vehicle. You know, from the minute the vehicle enters his workshop, that Pace Auto-Werks will do their utmost to keep your car performing. His testaments are no coincidence, nor are the number of German makes and marques parked outside his establishment. I've found my mechanic, and I'm sticking by him!

Trusting one's mechanic is critical. Over the past two years, I have felt confident that Simon, Kim and Tracy have been both honest and fair in servicing my VW Passat wagon. They also go above and beyond to fix problems as quickly as possible. Their "care factor" is high including answering my many questions!! I was personally referred to Pace, and I am most happy to recommend them onwards (as I have already done to another VW owner I know!).

As a long term devotee of German cars for superior engineering, I have recently discovered Pace Auto Werks after my previous specialist workshop closed their doors due to retirement. My wife and I both have Audi Allroads as we drive many country miles between our homes in Perth and Albany fortnightly. I was delighted with the high standards of mechanical work and customer service when my Allroad was serviced recently. Even the detailed invoice was easy to read, a mine of useful information about the state of my vehicle and a reasonable amount. Now that we have traded one of the Allroads on a Polo (much easier to park in the city), we look forward to an enjoyable and professional friendship with Simon and Tracy.
